Their story
Octave builds its identity around music, naming coffees after genres and playing terms such as Bossa Nova, Double Stop Funk and Post-Rock. Besides retail bags it books a mobile coffee cart for events and roasts collaborative blends for local businesses. The company's story page quotes Philippians 4:8 and says it wants to be known for its character as much as its coffee.
Coffee is roasted to order in small batches, with a rotating set of single origins next to its signature blends. Wholesale partners can get barista training in espresso, milk steaming and brewing, plus help choosing, installing and maintaining grinders and espresso machines.

House blends include Ambient (medium-dark), Double Stop Funk (medium/dark) and Bradford Blend (Guatemala, medium).
