Gifts
A gift of 3, 6 or 12 boxes gets a full refund until its first box ships. Once the first box is on its way, the gift is no longer refundable, but any bag in it that disappoints gets a free replacement.
Subscriptions
You can skip a box, pause or cancel anytime from the links in your order confirmation and in the reminder email we send 3 days before each box. Once you cancel, you are not charged for another box. A bag that disappoints gets a free replacement.
No need to send anything back
Coffee is food, so we do not take bags back, opened or not. You never have to mail anything to us: tell us what went wrong and we send a different coffee.
How to ask
Write to coffee@baystatecoffeeclub.com from the email address on the order. A refund goes back to the card you paid with; most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.
