Their story
The name joins the owners' two home coasts: he was born and raised on Martha's Vineyard, and she comes from the west coast of Canada. The couple roast every bag themselves in small, hand-run batches. Alongside roasting, the business offers technician services: repairs and preventive maintenance on espresso machines, batch brewers and grinders, plus installations and water testing.
The couple say they spent years looking for an ideal cup before deciding to roast their own. The online lineup is short, with Nats Nook and Waterside blends, an espresso blend, a Colombian dark roast and a Colombian decaf.
