Their story
What is now the roastery started about twenty years ago as a home roasting project in the owners' kitchen. One cafe sits in a historic New England church and the other in an old mill building. Five signature coffees are roasted year round, joined by rotating seasonal blends and single origins that run from light to dark.
Pastries are baked fresh each morning, and the owners say their aim is to bring top-quality coffee and baking to their small town.

Both cafes open daily, from 6 am on weekdays and 7 am on weekends.

The Uxbridge cafe's conference room seats 10 to 15 people during business hours, and the whole space can be rented privately after closing. The Whitinsville cafe on Linwood Avenue can also be booked after hours, with one or two baristas depending on the size of the group.
