Their story
The owners say coffee has long been their trade, and that the Charlestown community helped raise their children and grow their businesses. Along with retail bags it sells green coffee, cold brew concentrate, and hot and cold coffee boxes for groups. The Espresso Blend combines Latin American and Oceanian coffees. The shop does not sell a preset espresso grind, since the right setting shifts from batch to batch.
Subscriptions are offered for light, medium and dark roasts, espresso, decaf and cold brew, with the roaster choosing the newest coffee for each shipment. Its dark roast Mexico Cristal is a Vienna roast drawn from growers in Veracruz, Oaxaca and Chiapas. A recent light roast Gesha came from Finca La Naranja, a farm of about 2 hectares in Chirinos, Peru, owned by Lorenzo Arbildo Ubillus.

Single origins on the list when we checked: Ethiopia Red Honey Idido (light), Peru Gesha, Finca La Naranja (light), Burundi Rubagabaga microlot (medium) and Mexico Cristal (dark).
