Their story
Two owners run it as a small family business, and they say all of their coffee is roasted in Milford. The name reflects the owners' hope for a welcoming room where ideas can grow and neighbors can gather. Sandra Dias spent years roasting and studying coffee at home before signing a lease in 2022 for a space in Milford, the town where she grew up.
Co-owner Adriana Ciliotta took a barista course in her hometown of Lima, Peru, and says she finds roasting calm and challenging at once. The pair describe themselves as partners in life as well as in business, and they say their coffee is ethically sourced.
Where to drink it
The cafe opens Wednesday through Sunday in the early morning and is closed Monday and Tuesday.
